IT IS TIME TO CHANGE TACTICS!

September 19, 2016 - It has been a while but I have had a hard time dealing with all of the travesty of Justice around the United States.

 

There is one case in Colorado that has taken a new turn! Mom - with her son illegally charged, convicted and incarcerated for felony murder, is succumbing to the pressures of trying to obtain Justice for her son. 

Her husband has been hospitalized a couple of times, and gets to the point of moving on, when he is reminded of "their" son who sits in prison for what, calling the police and taking them to where his friend was lying in a pool of blood after being beaten, not by the young man we are talking about, but rather an acquaintance that has subsequently on numerous occasions confessed and admitted that our young man new nothing, and had nothing to do with the beating.

Well between her husband lying in the hospital in critical condition, she has continued to work to keep the bills paid, and working to get her son justice. The 20+ hours a day that she has been putting in for the past few years has finally taken its toll.

There have been several hospital visits, Pneumonia, Infections, fatigue, malnourishment, you name it she seems to have received her share of it, yet she pushes on. 

This case has gotten me thinking, and I think that the time has come to come at this injustice in a different direction. I think that the time has come to bring the Corrupt DAs, Cops and Judiciary to answer for the gross miscarriage of justice that they have perpetrated all to line their pockets for keeping the beds of the Private Prisons around the US full.

Many of the cases that I have become involved in have been cases where the Government failed these kids long before they finally felt a need to take the law into their own hands. Most of the cases where the Juvenile DID commit the crime that they were charged - killing of their Physically, emotionally, Sexually Abusive parent(s), are cases where in the event it had been an adult that was charged, the the charge would be involuntary manslaughter with a two year sentence, or the defense would have gotten them off for self defense.

It is time to bring Justice back to the Justice system.

WHY THEN IS IT THAT WE ARE ALLOWING OUR DAs TO PROSECUTE OUR YOUTH, WHO FINALLY FELT THEY NEEDED TO TAKE THE LAW INTO THEIR OWN HANDS TO SURVIVE, FOR 1ST DEGREE MURDER, 1ST DEGREE AGGRAVATED MURDER, and IN SOME CASES PREMEDITATED CAPITAL MURDER?

The time has come to bring these corrupt officials to Justice and let them exchange

places with these kids whom they have endangered by placing them in Adult Facilities with illegal sentences such as Juvenile Life Without Parole.

I am pledging that I am going to form a new group, that not only will continue to support the families of these tragic cases, but to investigate the Law Enforcement officers, the Prosecutors, and the Judges allowing this Travesty to happen, and bring them to Justice.

Currently the following are charges that I have found we can go for;

1. Aggravated Child Endangerment:
• Placing Juveniles as young as Ten years old in Adult facilities, with known child rapists, molesters, murderers and lifetime criminals.
2. Suborning Perjury 
• Knowing that the witness's testimony are lies, as they and Law Enforcement have directed them, rehearsed them in their testimonies.
• Prosecutorial Misconduct
• Law Enforcement Misconduct
• Questioning Juveniles without Parents or Attorneys present
• Threatening Juveniles with Death Sentences
• Threatening Juveniles with the prosecution of their parents
• Leaving Juveniles in interrogation for hours with out water or food
3. Civil Rights Violations
• Having documented proof of Intellectual Disabilities.
• Having documented proof of complaints of child abuse leading the offender to take matters into their own hands; not being allowed to use an affirmative defense of self defense.
4. Murder
• Placing so much strain on parents that they become ill and succumb to these illnesses.
• Placing so much pressure on parents and family members causing them to commit suicide.
• Juveniles with mental issues which led them to commit their crime committing suicide.
• Juveniles becoming ill and being refused medical service - while guards look on and watch them die.
• Juveniles becoming the target of Prison Gangs because they are trying to stay clean to hopefully one day being released!

These are just a few of the charges that I have found, and that is from just researching a dozen of the THOUSANDS of cases around the country.

This post will be updated as I receive permission from parents of these young people to use their names and stories as we look at the miscarriages of justice in each case.
